Yeah it's ridiculous. It tastes so good tho.

Definitely. Reviews on Amazon for Amino X are pretty high and there are 1800 of them. Lots of them compliment the taste, so i'll see. Comes in Saturday.

I use scivation's xtend for intra workout and then a whey isolate shake after. Seems to do the trick

I know I don’t have to cycle creatine. I do it bc I’m afraid of hair loss which creatine has been attributed to.

Most people don't need anything but a good meal.

My recovery shake/meal if I have the macros
50g whey isolate
12-16 oz steak
Sweet potato
Veggies

Ice bath

F'ing thank you. People overthink just about every damn thing that can be screwed up. I'm not kosher on the whey, but a meal is what is needed - no special mail order shake will cure what someone is looking for. Put up or shut up and get the hurt in.

How are those Ice Baths going? I wont being doing those until maybe after Mardi Gras

I don't think I've had a protein drink after a workout in three years

This morning it was: bowl of greens topped with Wild planet sardines packed in oil, two over easy eggs sprayed with some lime juice.
