Since new years day seen people on national and local tv giving workout advice. Only thing is they all look in worse shape than me. All had a belly, love handles, and more chins than a chinese phone book. Some were in cross fit. Don't think I'll be using any of their advice.

Lots of people especially those on tv and social media are full of it when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Plenty of good advice from knowledgeable posters on this board that can help. Find something that works for you and stick with it.

Being in good shape and body image are not necessarily the same thing.

Gregg Popovich can't know basketball because he never played at a high level...Bill Belichik can't know football

You don't have to be physically prominent in something to have the necessary knowledge to teach

Do you want to do lifting or just cardio or a mix? Have you educated yourself on diet yet?

Join avatar nutrition. Use my fitness pal and plug the macros in and hit the damn macros. No excuses.

Search out my gslp thread on here and follow the workouts. Read the whole damn long thread, it explains everything. Lift the weights, don't be a bitch.

Do conditioning on Wednesday after your dealift session and Saturdays or days 3&6 essentially of your training week. Do the burpees challenge 6 days a week. Everything is in that thread.

Kick arse on the weights, kill the conditioning

There you go, all the advice you need for the next 12 months.
