Sorry. I used the wrong term. I never used a wall but used to do straight bar curls with that with good form. Not worth the risk though

Time under tension is a better way to go

Then run the rack

And like he said get a workout partner to help you and do negatives

But it’s more than I have been in a very long time. Thanks for the tip.
Will try for even shorter sets next time to 100.

Let’s see if the soreness kicks in more on day 2. Maybe it will; maybe it won’t? But glad you gave it a go.
