Any opinions pros and cons on this device. Debating on getting one, but wanted to get some input if anyone has any experience with this. Thanks in advance.

Id rather spend the money on a Garmin I can use in training as well and doesn't have a subscription tied to it but if you arent doing any training, the whoop would be fine.

I switched to Whoop from my Apple Watch SE3 for a few reasons:

VO2 Max capability
No EMF's
No screen to worry about
Better battery life
Overall, better fitness tracker options & I enjoy the insights

I do still wear my Apple Watch on runs so that I can utilize Spotify without having to bring my phone along with me. Not being able to utilize Spotify and having to pay about $250 a year is probably the downsides of Whoop for me.

I like it.

Had it for 5-6 years and they continue adding more features.

It will definitely cause you to either quit drinking or at least drink a lot less alcohol. I see that as a benefit.
