Legs: love deadlifts, by far my strongest exercise period.

Back: weighted pull ups. Man, talk about an arse kicker

Chest: incline dumb bell bench compounded with dumb bell flys just eats my lunch.

Shoulders: Clean and press. Kind of a combo of legs and shoulders.

Arms: anything with the rope for biceps and triceps. Used to love free weights but I've torn tendons in both elbows, so the rope does it for me.

Pause squats are slowly becoming my favorite. Total arse kicker when you hit a three second pause right below parallel.

Deadlift is my best lift but press is my favorite of the barbell lifts.

I absolutly love torturing myself on the gymnastics rings though.

I've always loved bench press.

Never did deadlifts in college, but started doing them regularly about 5 years ago. Probably the best feeling when lifting.

Recently got into farmers walk and pushing/pulling the prowler as a finisher. Both are actually a lot of fun.

Bent over rows and deadlifts

(and yes, deadlifts are done on back day as a primary back exercise)

I blow out deads every Thursday on leg day. I mainly kill my hamstrings that day and then throw in some lunges and dumb bell squats.

Mondays and thursdays are leg days for me.

I wouldn't have any in the tank if I did Deads and Squats on the same day.

I don't do deadlifts but I still do straight leg deadlifts on leg day.

Lower body: pistol squats. Was able to do them before a leg injury, now working back up to it. They're a lot harder than I remember.

Upper body: Various kinds of ring dips.

If you hadn't figured out, I do bodyweight exercises supplemented with a few sandbag routines thrown in.

My 2 go to exercises are cycling(I use an indoor cycling bike and incorporate tabata) and a rowing machine. Do push-ups daily, and on Sunday's, I do the Big 5. I try to keep it simple.
