Fish oil. Helps with joints a lot. Used to have lifter’s elbow/tendinitis to the point that I almost quit. Started taking 6 fish oil caps a day and now it hasn’t flared up in almost 2 years.

6 a day?
I’ve quit lifting twice because of this and tried just about everything I could find. I take fish oil, but not in that dosage.

I have had tennis elbow since October. I'v worn the forearm strap religiously, had a cortisone shot and taken some anti inflammatory meds. It never gets all the way better, just some days are better than others so far. I had planned to be referred from my GP to the next level MD before all this covid 19 stuff, so I am in limbo. I really think I need to force myself to do the exercises more frequently.

I have had bad bouts of both and started Osteo BiFlex - takes a week but keep taking it, it really worked well for me.

I have arthritis in my left elbow from a break way back in college. Flares up every now and then if I don’t take a joint supplement.
Here is my go-to:

Yeah per day. 3 in the morning and 3 before bed. I don’t know if there’s any science behind it, but when I started doing that the problems went away.
