What are the better appetite suppressors?

If you don't remember, I've had a couple of surgeries that are limiting my ability to fully exercise(especially lift), but riding a stationary bike and walking 10 minutes on an incline ain't cutting it. I've been eating cleaner, but I'm going full keto in October and know I'm gonna need something to help with appetite. My discipline isn't what it was 15 years ago. As always, TIA.

I did the Garcinia Cambogia and it really, really worked for me. Others have said it didn't work for them. It took about 4 or 5 days before it really began to work.

Any particular brand or milligram? I picked up something from GNC several months ago(EQ Heat?) in an orange bottle. Never used it. It may have green tea and some other extract in the formula, not sure.

sunflower seeds. Seriously...as someone that eats keto and I start to feel hungry, I'll pop in a handful and go to town for 15 minutes. By the time I'm done the hunger has subsided and there's next to no calories in them. It will also help increase your sodium intake for keto.

I got this one at Costco when it went on sale. Can't remember the actual price, but it was the best deal. Take one pill 3 times per day with a glass of water. It's non-stimulant. It basically kind of makes you feel full, almost like a balloon is in your stomach. It's not uncomfortable or anything.

DNP is amazing for fat loss. You better do you're homework beforehand though, as you can literally die.

It is also important to know how much water you are drinking. For a lot of people hunger pangs are often thirst pangs. So maybe drinking a big glass of water could help you.

One tip I read in Men's Health was to drink a big glass of water before every meal to truck your stomach into thinking you're full sooner. Also, eat with your non dominant hand. Forces you to eat slower and you won't eat as much.

Dnp is only good if you can control the crazy cravings, plus should only be used by those that are really really expierenced, it's literally poison. Imo should not be used by anybody not making their living with their body.
OP, the best that is completely legal is going to be an ephedra caffeine stack. Get the ephedra in the form of bronkaid at Walgreens. 200mg caf to 25mg of ephedra in the morning is a pretty good starting point. If you are sensitive to stimulants take half that dose.

If you go EC stack route, start with half dosage. First time I took it, had me sweating all day.

Also, that Shredded As frick seems legit, but that huge dude on the video is very clear on not taking a pre-workout with it. I'm almost 40 and have not quite treated my body like a temple these last 20 years. I ain't trying to have a heart attack. No telling how many times I dodged that bullet in college working out and running in 100 degree heat, already dehydrated from a night of heavy drinking.

Didn't know you could buy ephedra again. Broncaid? I remember getting a thing of Clenbuterol(?) years ago and it was supposed to help with asthma/bronchitis.

EC stack will help supress appetite but may take a week or so to kick in. I have done several longer PSMF runs and the EC stack became more effective as time went on as far as supressing appetite.
If you want to go the RX route, Modafinil will kill your appetite and is great and perfectly safe if used correctly. Stay away from Aderall and DNP and Clenbuterol.
What is your diet like? Stats/goals?

Just take amphetamines like God intended. You're welcome.

I have a script for modafinil but haven't noticed any changes in appetite.
