I don't put all that crap in my shakes. It's not needed.

Just drink it and move on with your day.

Everything but the banana adds extra protein and fat. Something wrong with that?

Throw a couple eggs in there if it’s in the morning

That’s exactly what I do. Any substitutes to oatmeal? Grittiness annoys me

Yes you would be much better off eating more steak. Much better.

Only thing besides hbcd that should be added to a shake besides stuff for taste like pb or fruit.

For gaining weight, olive oil should be added in small amounts to busy plateaus.

Substitute the oats for baby spinach.

Peel and freeze your bananas beforehand.

You are welcome.

I can get down with this.

And for those saying eggs, does that just taste awful or can you even notice it? I snack on 3-4 boiled eggs through the day right now

ETA: I do peel and freeze the bananas. It’s a game changer

I can’t tell if this is serious or not. What the hell does that taste like if it is?

I don't count calories or weight:

Whole Milk or Chocolate Milk
Oats
Ice Cream (different flavors whenever you see fit)
Banana (different fruits when you see fit)
Peanut butter
Sometimes a tablespoon of olive oil

Milk
Almonds
Oatmeal
Banana
Chocolate protein powder
Ice

I weigh it and usually comes out between 800-1000 calories.
