Was my lunch healthy? (Take 2)

Take 1 was deemed not very healthy (PB&J, chips, fruit).
I think I did better today, but you tell me. I had about 4 oz of smoked NY strip, a grilled chicken thigh, and a serving of carrots and green beans, both seasoned with butter and Cajun seasoning and cooked on the stove. Drank ice water.
Recommended? Anything you'd change?

It’s a fine lunch. Healthier than mine.
This board pretty much hates anything but meat these days, so prepare for some hate on the carrots and beans.
If you wanted to make it better, switch the carrots and beans to leafy greens and use ghee instead of butter.

What is your goal? What are your Macros? What is your workout routine?
But yes, your lunch looks like a pretty healthy meal, but a lot of other factors are needed to determine how the meal fits into your goals.

You didn't eat any simple carbs so Big Scrub will leave you alone, for that reason you did great.

But now we have Junky, and he hates all plant foods. OP still loses.

You can see why a lot of people are confused about what's healthy and what's not. I'm trying to go more protein (meat, eggs, nuts) and veggies. Hopefully it won't be considered unhealthy 10 years from now

Do the vertical diet. You'll be fine
