But the 80lbs was on Tirz, not Reta. Isn't the goal of cutting to lose 1-2 lbs per week? That should be able to be done with diet and exercise.
Is it reaching a plateau with diet/exercise and then adding in Reta to break through? I'm genuinely asking and not judging. I want to try Reta, but worried about potential side effects and will it really help. Ever since I went on TRT last year, I can't seem to cut weight and I have fat to lose. Very frustrated right now.

of course thats the goal, but it becomes a point and time where reta makes that much easier to do

for some, for some they use one of the two as a kick start, some use it to bust through a plateau, some use it because of the many health reasons

i can promise real Reta will 100% help
if you microdose really only 3 possible side effects
1) resting heart rate will go up 5-10bmp. no big deal for most but for some it is
2) slight constipation or opposite if you dont pay attention to diet
3) can cause some restlessness. take in the morning if it does
but it also helps heart, blood sugar, kidneys, liver so trade off is worth it for most.
starting dose is around 0.5 or 0.75 2-3x per week, 1.5mg total per week.
it helps 100% of the time
holy trinity is
1) TRT
2) Reta
3) HGH or HGH peptides
if you want a kicker to put it over the top, add klow.

Both Tirz and Reta help reduce hunger and food cravings, I try to fast from 4 pm until 6 - 7 am daily.

777,
Can KLOW be used instead of TB500/BPC157? If so, how would you dose it? I'd primarily use it for recovery. I stay beat up because I lift and do things in CrossFit like I'm 21 instead of my age of 51.
I just started the wolverine stack a few days ago and I'm dosing 500 mcg (250mcg TB500/250mcg BPC157) twice a day. I'll run a 6 week cycle of it.

yes and I actually recommend that due to the other compounds in the stack, especially for us middle aged
normally you would add 3 ml of BA water
you can dose like this
7.5 (0.075ml) units so you stay at 250mcg of BPC/TB and KPV & 1.25mg of GHK
or
15 (0.15ml) units so its double
7.5 would be the low starting dose
15 would be your standard maintenance dose
22.5 would be your higher dose
30 would be your blast dose(1000mcg of bpc/tb/kpv & 5mg ghk)
i would start at 7.5 for a vial, move to 15 for a vial and then to 22.5
from there you got to figure out if you can afford it at 30, if you get side effects if they are worth it, or if you even need to
at 30 units a typical 80mg vial would last you 10 days. or if you do 5 on, 2 off, would last 2 weeks.

Started at beginning of September at 0.5 and even after adding a second shot a week, I have not had any side effects but also no curb in appetite or weight loss yet.
At one point would you increase the dose? I’m at .5mg twice a week now. I have generally a larger tolerance than most to medication. Thanks.

Go to 1mg twice a week and see how you respond.

i would go 0.5 3x per week for a month. if that doesnt work, go to 0.75 3x for a month. so on and so fourth

It’s wild how some people respond to micro doses of Reta. Friend of mines wife has taken 0.5mg twice a week for 4-5 months now. Healthy, fit, lifts 4-5x/wk, but had higher end cholesterol. She had labs drawn last week and total cholesterol dropped 40 points. Incredible.

yep some do, some dont but most dont need nearly the amount that they are taking. especially true with Tirz.

I'm assuming KLOW at that protocol is dosed once daily?

I take Reta with cjc 1295/ipamorelin and it helps with that. You should look into it.
