Anyone ever had this? Im not sure if i do or not, but for the past 18 months ive had this nagging pain below my left collarbone.
I run/lift 6 days a week and it hurts more when i lift heavy and run intervals
Its an odd feeling. Feels like shortness or breath, like a dull ache.

If you've had pain in the same place for 18 months, you need to go see a doctor asap IMO.

So nothing is wrong with you...hence “syndrome”?

shite. That's sucks and I wish I had a good answer, but I don't. I can't stand being in pain outside of normal aches, soreness or minor injuries. My Dr knows if I'm there for an injury that the Aleve isn't cutting it. Good luck bro, hope it gets better.

It’s a weird medical issue.
I had it, but my issue was just inside my right shoulder blade, and the culprit was using the manta ray bar attachment. It centers the barbell over the traps, but it was exerting pressure right at the collar bone.
I stopped using it and it slowly dissipated.

If nothing goes down into the arm, it's probably not TOS.

As the previous poster mentioned, if you don't have numbness/tingling/weakness in your arm...probably not TOC.
BUT - you almost certainly have a jacked up subclavius.
Basic Info
Probably from a combination of lifting and "chest breathing," which can really mess up your subclavius.
You probably have tight scalenes, too.
My favorite way to treat is to:
1.) Get a wooden dowel (like in a closet)
2.) Trim to about 3ft
3.) Cut an X into two tennis balls and place one on each end
4.) One side is just to protect the wall, now place one end on a wall at chest height
5.) Place the other end right under your collarbone and use the other hand to massage while you lean into it; turn your chin the other way to amplify the stretch.

That’s interesting. Ok cool
Yeah I think that sounds right. It hurts more after an intense run session where I do heavy breathing. It’s such an odd dull feeling. Mimics chest pain
