This just doesn't fit in with my half assed diet and exercise regimen at all.
Current regimen is as follows: Exercise 3-4 times a week in addition to 5 miles of walking/jogging daily. Intermittent fasting with a high protein, low calorie diet Monday through Friday. To semi-qoute Kyle Kinane, eat and drink like a campground racoon on the weekend.
