Steak, eggs, tuna. 30 grams of carbs will come from raw milk and strawberries. I do the anabolic diet which is a quasi version of Keto.

Anabolic diet is similar to CKD.

Put chicken breasts in the crockpot with some taco seasonings and herbs (little bit of homemade salsa- I am ok with a bit of tomato and onion). Cooked then added chicken broth and cream cheese until melted. It was delicious.

Awesome sounds good I make something very similar in the instapot. I call it jalapeño popper chicken casserole...

Went to the grocery store today. The heavy whipping cream (1.99 for a small container) and the half and half (2.99 for a large container) both had 1 carb per serving. Cream serving was 1 tbsp and half and half serving was 2 tbsp. I have always heard whipping cream was better/less carbs but the carton showed the same. Any thoughts?

Half and half usually has a lot more sugar. Also the fat content is way less.

It’s a new week everyone remember to keep your Keto goals in mind and anything that happened last week even if you went off plan a little can be made up for this week. Just keep moving in the right direction!

I went off the deep end this weekend and feel like I am dying. Beer and Pizza How long does this feeling last? Never again.

I have set new goals and will be on it this week. My wife is joining me on this journey, so we can all eat the same. We are even cutting back/eliminating processed crap for my 4 year old.

It will last until you’re back into ketosis. It depends how long you’ve been on the diet. If you’re new 5-7 days. Just pound the ketoaid from the OP and that will help.

That’s great it’s much easier when it’s a family affair!

I can’t even workout non-fasted anymore. I feel like garbage. Lifting fasted feels so much better.

UGH, hopefully that'll be a couple of days. I'm going to crank the exercise for the next few days.

That will help to remove the glycogen. Also fast for 24, 48, or 72 to speed up the process. If you aren’t comfortable with that at a minimum do an 18/6 IF protocol.
