The Home Workout Thread

I figured we could put all of our ideas, plans, and links for working out at home in one spot. I have shamelessly stolen some of these from other threads on here.
Johnny Pain's Insta He's offering a free ebook that contains a number of programs and challenges for home use.
Athlean X Home Workout on Youtube. A workout based on the A/B schedule, where you alternate the workouts every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Requires a pullup bar.
Thirty Day Jump Rope Progression on Youtube. A daily jump rope progression program. It starts very easy, but ramps up as the days go on. Only requires a jump rope.
How to make a sandbag per Johnny Pain:
Buy a 50lb bag of gravel from Home Depot
Put the bag of gravel in one to two contractor bags
Duct tape the whole think until it is completely covered.
You now have a 50 pound-ish sandbag you can use for cleans, slams, presses, weighted sprints, whatever.
Feel free to add to this thread.
ETA: You superior beings with home gyms, no need to remind us that you have a home gym.

Get yall some rings fellas. I found a nearby park with a couple 9 ft high parallel bars and tried them out for the first time. They completely kicked my arse.
Plus every milf in town is out walking the nearby trails right now while their gyms are closed and they all looked over with hopes of me making their panties wet only to be disappointed while they watched my arms shake harder than a couple of vibrators.

Ok against my better judgement I am going open my drive for a couple weeks, only a couple folders though.
Please do not make me regret this. Take and download anything you may want, do not place it anywhere else though and do not link this thread anywhere or I will edit my post and turn link sharing off. Please please do not make me regret this.

Should be anything and everything anyone may need to get though this especially with the other info posted here.
Couple suggestions, go get a jump rope, gymnastics rings and make a sandbag. For less than 75$ you can get a bad arse workout.
Next get a weighted vest and order exercise bands. With the bands get a wooden dowel to use as a bar, needs to be thick, and you are in business.

Parks are actually closed in my current area. I was planning on playing lots of tennis since my gym shuts down today.

I started off with the leg workout last night using 15 and 30lb dumbbells, threw in some of my stuff, as well. I got a good pump considering it was at home. Definitely going to implement some of these supersets when I get back to the gym.

Shred app
You pick the duration of your workout (20, 40, 60 mins)
You pick the type of workout .... so right now I’m doing at home/bodyweight. (Requires zero equipment but will absolutely wreck you)
And finally, if you’re feeling up to it you can opt in after your workout to do 10 mins of conditioning.

Wheelbarrows are fairly cheap and a good general conditioning workout. You can also take the hopper off and use it for a dragging sled.
