my stuff allegedly shipped around the 15th. All the shipping updates are in chinese so no clue where it is 
I will be out of my stuff next week, hoping it shows up soon. Im at .3ml and the positive effects have waned quite a bit the past week. Down 14 or so, and feel much better.

Shipping and customs sucks dick right now. If you’re going to run dry, I’d order a domestic vial to hold you over. I’d recommend Skye peptides. I’ve used them before and the product was in my mailbox within 2 days.

i agree that you should stay on the lowest effective dose for as long as possible. so if you are finding that 0.25mg is keeping your hunger at bay allowing you to stay compliant with the diet you set up, then stay there. dont artificially just move up just because.
Minimal effective dose for as long as possible
Absolute biggest thing I think for me when it comes to these drugs is simply this-
These are supplements to help you jump start your fitness journey. With that I mean, you are not to use the drug as your only means of losing weight. You are to setup a proper diet where you track atleast total calories and protien, you are start lifitng, walking and getting some zone 2 in. You are not to take the medicine and eat what ever the frick you want, just less and then rely on the medicine to lose weight
that is how you get in trouble with this shite and end up dependent on the highest dose for life
i love these medicines. they are truely game changers 100% but they should be used to teach yourself how to live a healthy lifestyle.

Just created a Coinbase account, deposited cash & bought BTC for the transfer. Now I find out that they have an 8 day hold on the money before I can transfer to QSC.
I'm assuming that I can cash out my BTC & hold the balance in Coinbase until the 8 days is up? I don't want BTC value to drop during the wait and not have enough avail for the purchase.

For some reason, Strike isn't accepting my debit card. My bank must have rules on Bitcoin or something. I wonder if Strike would accept a Prepaid Visa Debit card.
