Tea lovers: how much do you consume daily and what are your favorite types?

Earl grey, peppermint and hibiscus are my top 3. Green and white are ok but not my favorite.
I’m at 3-4 cups per day.

I love Earl grey with a little cream and sugar

Earl grey, plantation mint, or peppermint tea.
I only add a little bit of lemon juice and just a weeeeeeeeee bit of honey.

I do an assortment of loose teas, chamomile, various green and white, jasmine. Squeeze of lemon.
I keep a mix of turmeric, ceylon cinnamon (ceylon variety is important) and ginger to add to one cup a day, w a little crack o black pepper.
This is one of my only crackpot "antioxidant/anti-inflammatory" rituals, but I love the taste anyway, so if it isn't healing me who cares.

Where do you find plantation mint? What are its benefits?

Jasmine makes me sleep like a baby.

1-2 cups a day. I love loose teas the most(am saddened that Teavana will be no more as I bought a lot of their teas).
My favorite are chai teas.

I just got a teapot recently and was planning on going to Teavana to get loose tea leaves from there... Where else do people get them from?

I'm sure you can find several other places online. Likely could find some cheaper than Teavana. Love Teavana...but you have to agree they can be pricey.
You get one of these? They are a must if you like loose tea and fairly cheap(can find on amazon for like $20).
Makes steeping your loose tea soooo much easier. I have one at home and one for my desk at work. You fill with water and tea, steep. Then when done you place directly over your cup and it drains it into your cup without the tea leaves.

It's black tea that tastes like green mint. It's delicious.
Bigelow makes it.

I keep Earl Green, Peach Ginger (black), and Sense of Peace (white) as my regulars. Black tea for morning or caffeine, green throughout, and white for night.
I usually get the pound bag loose leaf from Zhena's. I don't like their website format now... Organic and fair trade though.

Thank you
I’ll have to try it. I’m trying to give up coffee and switch to tea full time.

This little one here. Has a little strainer in the middle to keep the tea leaves together.
Got it to make tea to sip on at night when I get hungry instead of going into the fridge and putting down a bunch of calories.

Do you live near a Whole Foods? They carry loose leaf tea in the bulk aisle. Spice stores might carry loose leaf tea and tinctures as well; at least Red Stick Spice in BR carried teas. These are the options I can think of without resorting to online shopping.

I'm going to keep an eye on this thread.. I have always liked to to some extent, but since starting whole30 this month I've been drinking a lot more tea and really starting to get into it. I've got this Tazo "zen" tea that is a green tea with lemongrass, spearmint, and lemon verbana leaves that is delicious. I've been drinking it mid afternoon.
