I drink Earl Grey almost exclusively; usually the Republic of Tea Brand which you can find at Whole Foods or Books a million. If I don’t have that I’ll drink a Blackberry Black Tea. Same brand as the EG.

How many cups per day? I’ve read you can drink up to 10, but that seems excessive.

If I drink 10 cups of black tea per day, I’m pissing non-stop and not sleeping.

What I normally do is brew 2+ quarts of Earl Grey and throw it in the fridge. Pour a glass with one Splenda or Stevia and drink; normally 2 cups max.

It would also be over 1,100 mg of caffeine per day. You'd be dead.

Great to hear the trip worked out for you.

I drink black tea in the morning, usually Assam or English or Irish Breakfast. Sometimes I will pick I'll a Lapsang Souchong if I want a really bold flavor. At night I prefer a lemon ginger herbal.

Yeah they had a ton of different options, but only a handful were loose leaf.

About to brew up some soon.

Chamomile is great before bedtime. I like peppermint tea after dinner. Both are caffeine free.

Got a teapot last week and enjoyed having tea every night. Went ahead and bought a kettle and just used it for the first time. It's awesome. Can't wait to try some other flavors.

I'm enjoying the whole process of making this shite too.

Kava is fantastic for mellowing out.

Pu’er is also really different and has a good energizing brain buzz.
