I’ve been taking Arginine 3000 for awhile. 3 tablets per day. Are there any other supplements is should consider in addition to this or as a better substitution?
Thanks
The manufacturer is Goliath.

If you have a franchise GNC open (or check online), I'd recommend Nitro CM. It's a souped up Argenine supplement.

I took regular Argenine for a while and was suggested this as a replacement. I didn't notice much change in vascularity until I switched. Stuff works different for different people but this really worked and worked fast for me.

I used to take with vitamin C and pomegranate juice. Any antioxidant is good addition and complementary.

Still take my pre w/o with vitamin C when do hypertrophy workouts.

You bet, and no need. If you take a daily multi vitamin, there's likely a baseline Arginine in there anyway.

Which is just bonus if you're trying the CM.

Hope it works for you like it has for me.

What other supplements are you taking? Just arginine?

Protein powder should be the first addition to your diet.

Drop the arginine, try some L-Citrulline and Agmatine Sulfate. Both are great vasodilators.

I use Citrulline Malate. Dirt cheap and effective. Agmatine is a little more expensive, but also solid.

Haven’t tried agamatine but I’ve read here and there that both of these may be better than arginine. I get noticeable dialation from a arginine/L-citruline so I just stick with that.

What are your thoughts? Any noticeable difference?

Checking back in on the CM. It's not an energy thing for workouts, it's a vascularity boost.

Diet has to be a part, and there's a hundred ways to that "roadmap" look.

Just saying, worked pretty quick for me compared to other stuff.

Keep repping, love that this board has been busier. My gym opens Thurs

September 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Nutrabolt for allegedly deceptively marketing Scivation Xtend BCAA dietary supplements as supporting muscle growth, recovery, and repair when, according to the complaint, scientific evidence shows that the supplements are not capable of building muscle and actually negatively impact protein synthesis leaving consumers in a worse position. HUGE difference. I’ve been through about three bottles since and about to get some more.
