I can have a sensitive stomach, so preferably something that won't be too hard on it.
Whey powder gives me bad reflux. I tolerate plant based powder much better.

So got the Ghost samples this week.
Chips Ahoy is more tasty than it has any right to be. Going to use the Cereal Milk flavor in my oatmeal tomorrow.

I’m using Bulk Supplements unflavored whey protein isolate - suggested to me by a dietitian. I find it has no aftertaste and it makes protein smoothies very creamy (I always use a Nutribullet blender). I prefer unflavored as I like to add my own flavoring agents, usually frozen fruits, but occasionally chocolate syrup. I’ve had no stomach issues using it.

My favorite is ON chocolate mixed into vanilla Greek yogurt. Once mixed, put in freezer for 12 mins.

Nice.
I'll be trying ON next. The Ghost flavors (Nutter Butter, Chips Ahoy, and Cereal Milk) were all good and I'll definitely be ordering some. I've been using them in oatmeal, shakes, and mixing in with yogurt. So far no stomach upset as well.

Transparent Labs is my favorite due to a pretty short ingredients list and Stevia instead of Sucralose. Also, no soy lecithin.

ON will be a huge letdown flavor-wise if you enjoyed Ghost. Unless it's improved significantly over the years, I can remember how much the flavor was lacking when I used it years ago

I try to stay away from the ones that taste a lot like a milkshake lol. Makes me think it's loaded with crap.

Mixed with a 30g Fairlife protein shake is the GOAT. Can cut with skim Fairlife milk also. Makes about a 25-30 oz. shake.
One scoop, one shake, 8 oz milk:
352 calories
68g protein
11g carbs
4g fat
When bulking I also add two Jiff to-go peanut butter cups. Then it becomes:
890 calories
86g protein
33g carbs
46g fat

I like vanilla better because it mixes well if you wanna put other stuff in it.
I put lion’s mane powder in mine, the stuff tastes terrible but in a vanilla shake I can’t taste it at all.
