I'm coming back in at day 12, I'll be pr'ing in the middle of November. I had a 2 week class that was physically draining everyday so I had to take a break from something.

I was fighting the worst stomach virus i've ever had yesterday. Still managed to get my lift in and stay on pace but took every ounce of willpower i had. Feeling a little better today and by this afternoon's lift should be off and running. Luckily today is easy too.

Hit 320 with good depth. Not bad since just starting getting after lifting again in the last week of April. This time next year maybe I’ll be chipping away at 4hundo....

How do they look? What type of equipment is needed? I didn’t get one yet because I don’t want it to be loaded up with cable shite I can’t do (yet) in my home gym.
But I’d love to run a 7 or 8 week program and take off the last week of December besides some light lifting while out of town.
