Spinoff: Walmart for Low Carb -- running list
WM keeps coming up in low-carb food threads, so I thought I'd start a running list of their LC/HF offerings (of course they vary pretty widely by location).

Dairy, etc:
Fage full-fat Greek yogurt
Kerrygold GF butter
Cage-free organic eggs
Milkadamia (macadamia milk--6g good fats per cup)
Heavy whipping cream
Coconut and almond milk
All sorts of cheeses/cream cheese/pimento cheese/queso dip
Sour cream

Snacks:
Lindt 86 and 91% cacao bars
Guacamole (two good brands--can't remember names)
Duke's links
Pork rinds (with no junk)
Think thin bars
Quest bars
Halo Top Ice cream ($3.88)
La Croix, Dasani,
Miller Lite/Mich Ultra
Cuva and decent other dry wines
Some have liquor--not in GA

Meat:
Cheap chuckeye and ribeye
Wild-caught salmon
Tuna
Sardines
Bison
GF beef
Uncured dogs and cold cuts (ham, turkey, salami, pepperoni)
Uncured bacon
Skin-on chicken thighs
Organ meats
Rotisserie chicken and wings (don't look too sugary)
"Natural" sausage

Nuts:
Macadamia, almond, pecans
Flax, chia
Almond butter

Baking, etc
Coconut oil
Avocado oil
Olive oil (cert 100% kinds)
Almond flour
Coconut flour
Stevia
No Swerve yet!
100% cacao

Produce:
Organic spinach and other greens
Avocados
Lemons/limes
Straw/blue/black/raspberries (organic sometimes)
Cauliflower rice
All the usual produce--not a great organic selection

Other:
Low carb Flat out wraps
Lc tortillas
Lc Joseph's wraps etc
Apple cider vinegar
Some salad dressings (olive oil based--this is one area where all stores suck. So much soybean and canola)
Mustard
Avocado/olive oil mayo (BUT, I don't buy this unless I just have to for a camping trip or something--has canola and soybean oil and a bunch of crap)
Bouillon
Bone broth

Supplements
Krill oil/Omega 3 (various)
Mg
Vitamin D
No Salt (for potassium but I use potassium citrate and only when I do long runs)
Reallemon and corn starch for homemade superstarch (same--for races)
MCT powder/oil

I've been eating one of these every day; comes with two beaten eggs and it's ready in 90 secs; they're $3 a piece which is a little high but they're saving my life

false. they showing you 1/4 cup serving. Most jars of pasta sauce are using 1/2 cup serving size. Rao's for example is 3g-4g net for the 1/2 cup. The Walmart brand I think is 3g net for 1/4 cup.

Uncured bacon

This isn't a real thing. It is cured using celery salt which is a natural source of nitrates.

Can vouch that they are seriously delicious for breakfast and the health stats on them are pretty good as well. 3 g of carbs per cup. I use two eggs to make it a more filling breakfast.

Try cooking your veggies in ghee. A good vegetable filler I do is the brocolli slaw and cook it in coconut oil. For condiments, I like to use g. hughes sugar free bbq sauce. True Lemon is a pretty good stevia water flavoring packet.
