I'm almost done with Soflete vantage program, might run another one or a PPSA program to gear up for Prequel/Squatober.

After last year’s hurricane season, all of us got our asses handed to us in different ways. I spent the better part of 3 months behind a chainsaw learning the fine art of being a sawyer. I won’t fell a tree near a house though, I’m not that stupid.

Holy bump, dude go buy the programs. You have asked in two different threads about getting stuff for free.

Would you be able to send them to me as well? Thanks so much man!
bro they are $20, if you can afford that for a month of program then concentrate on getting better job and just do pushups for a while.
do greyskull or 531BBB if you want something for free.
