Believe it or not, I was not always 67 and in my younger years I was quite fond of jogging that I started doing in the mid 70's when the jogging craze started.

Actually got up to a 6 minute per mile pace and could do that for 10 miles a couple times a week with shorter runs between them.

Now, 40 years, and 3 knee surgeries later, yeah I'm 67 and wear cargo shorts. What's it to you????

No, but probably a hell of a lot more than you are doing in 2020.

New Balance has an adjustable training belt with a pocket. I use it for my phone and works great. I like it because you can wear whatever you want. Not relegated to buying a certain article of clothing or needed to buy multiple compression shorts with pockets.

It's $20.00 as well.
