Running Excuse/Complaint Thread vent here then go PR

And otherwise crap that pisses you off. We are about to get into race season and I need to vent.
1. I don't always run into spiderwebs, but when I do, I do it with my face.
2. White trash and cholos always trying to show me how loud/cool they think their POS car/truck is.
3. Hotter than hell from April until November. (80+)
4. NWA is on a giant plateau with flat land surrounding it so there is always wind and it is always shifting. This guarantees a headwind in every direction on every run.
Those are my petty complaints.

Yeah, the heat’s the biggest one. I know I’m faster and am prime to get a good race in soon but I don’t know how fast because the heat makes 8 mins a mile a tempo run.

I'm getting really tired of running in 90 degree heat. I've embraced it for the last few months thinking it would help with endurance, and it has. But now it just puts me in an aggravated mood when the sun is non-stop beating down on me with no cloud cover or breeze to help.
Oh and I usually have to fight back the urge to kick any dog in the face that runs and starts barking at me.

I run with my dog and sometimes he goes on the opposite side of a road sign or telephone pole from me and it almost rips my arm off.
