You never had an argument - you never knew what in the hell you were talking about and caught in your BS. You wandered into the deep end and it showed with your grammar BS. This isn't English 302. You obviously cannot read. I've said a half dozen times I generally agree with you that carbs should be limited. I just disagree with your delivery of it being absolute fact and your hardcore religious zealot attitude towards it.
