Question about my pre-workout

I use the NO Xplode pictured below. It has 286 mg of caffeine in it.
I don’t have any problem with an abundance of energy. So my question is, on the days that I choose not to use my pre-work because of the caffeine, what else is my body missing out on? What do all those dang ingredients do for me?
Thanks guys.

I would recommend watching some of the supplement engineer reviews on YouTube, he breaks down a bunch of these ingredients and explains how they work.

Proprietary blend usually means you don't want to know how much active ingredient is actually there. Because it's usually pretty little.

Well it definitely makes my skin crawl

Honestly not much.
If this is the only supplement you take, I'd say the biggest 'potential' thing you're missing out on is daily creatine. Most pre-workouts have ~2-3 grams/scoop of creatine, I'm assuming this one is similar even though it's not specified.
If you want to see the effects of creatine you really need to consistently take in 3-5 g/day. I'd buy a jug of micronized creatine on amazon (very cheap) and use that on days you don't take the pre if you're trying to get the benefits of creatine.
ETA: also get you some koolaid powder or water flavor stuff to mix it with, cause it tastes less than good on its own.

I've been taking Mr. Hyde, and that stuff is strong AF! Definitely don't recommend taking after 6pm if you want to get any type of sleep.

I have a separate creatine I take.
