prolly already there. you could prolly hit the deads much higher than that.

You might be right. The most important to me right now is to get my bench over 300. I've never done over 300. So once I do that, I'll max out on my other lifts to give me an idea how close I am.

That 275 for 4 reps on the bench, my buddy said my face turned a whole new shade of purple getting that last rep up

SMM. My numbers sound pretty balanced but wanted to check just in case I need to add some unilateral work since I dont have anything to compare them too:
Right arm: 9.11 SMM / 1.8 Fat
Left arm: 9.5 / 1.5
Right leg: 23.92 / 4.6
Left leg: 23.7 / 4.6

Planned Macros:
3100 cals. 310g C/194g P/121g F
It says I need to cut but frick all that for now

Not in BR, you can probably find a local gym with a quick google search

Had two beers over the weekend, ate Greek once (had a chicken shwarma salad). Rest of food was at home and on plan. All in all, I'll call the weekend successful.

Pulled a muscle in my low back last Thursday doing deads, pretty gnarly. Skipped gym Friday bc I was significantly uncomfortable. Back to it today.. still hurting but not nearly as bad, once I warmed up I was able to move around just fine, little bit of pain if I bent over. I'll sub out any low-back dominant movements (or go really light) for another week or so until everything feels right again.

I'm trying to stick to only weighing in once a week so I don't get obsessed with numbers like I tend to do.

Week 1 officially in the books. On my personal chart, Im calling it week 0-prep week. There are now 7 weeks until Mardi Gras. In theory 238 is possible by Mardi Gras which puts me way ahead (6lbs-3weeks) of my schedule which is awesome. My original goal of 218 by June 1 is possible.

258.4/252.2/218?

Diet is rolling, exercise is decent. I still hate working out, but am doing it. I know I need it. Being skinny isn't the goal. Looking good naked is the goal.

Push ups are getting easier. I'm restarting 100 push ups at week 1 but in the moderate column, so that is progress! I couldn't do more than 4 pushups a few weeks ago. Now, I can do sets of them!

Hammer down folks!!!!!!

I weigh each morning, but only pay close attention to the weekly average.

Just got done with day one of the PPSA Pool Season workout. I know Aaron isn't big on cardio but I plan on doing a 30 minute walk on the non-lifting days. That combined with a overall calorie reduction and no drinking should get me down 20 lbs by the summer.

I've done that and it helps, but I still find myself obsessing over what I'm going to weigh every day. Just not healthy

yea im just going to go get inbody testing done and weigh once in between. too much pressure weighing daily.

im doing the carnivore diet. will do the until mardi gras.

fricking carbs just tear my stomach up, everything but potatoes and i tend to overeat way way too easy.

I did grasshopper over the summer/fall and it was great. Fell off the wagon with some trips/holidays but I have been planning on getting back on the PPSA train since Thanksgiving.

Today was a big upper body day (which is my weaker area) so it was nice to hit that hard. I plan on running the Pool Season 1 & 2 back to back which should get me through February. Going to see where I stand after that and decide on the next PPSA program for March.

so I have done very well on straight carnivore last couple days. Its much easier for me and i feel better this way.

going to keep this going until mardi gras and then i will add a little veggies and fruit here and there. Fruit will be first. then veggies a little at a time.
