Good. Had hot sauce in all of my meals, and had tomato-based sauces for lunch and dinner

Crystal with breakfast, Louisiana with lunch, and a hot sauce from Anna Maria Island, FL that I picked up while out there with dinner. Nothing really hot, I just love the flavor. Plus I had nothing spicy for 4 weeks so working my heat tolerance back up.

Love me some hot sauce, but don't like the taste of louisiana, tabasco, crystal, etc.

Weighed in today. No change in weight, which is a bit of a bummer. I've had a lot of people ask me if I've lost weight in the last week or so, so I was feeling good about it. Oh well, weight loss was not the point of this whole thing.

Eta

No changes in measurements either

As long as you're feeling good big guy. Always remember weight loss isn't linear. Ebbs and flows...ebbs and flows.

216.9 this morning. This is getting crazy. I really don't want any food ever. So my calories are extremely low. I'm just trying to make sure I at least get my protein requirement in.

I was definitely around 230 this time last month.

Hello. It’s been a while since I’ve updated. I’m down another 8 pounds. I weight 214 officially this morning. I have not weighed under 220 since.....I can’t remember. I’m tired and hungry now. My hamstrings are about to explode. I’m going to work now. Have a nice weekend everyone.

Make sure you are getting that protein in borther and you will be fine if you continue to lift heavy.

I'm going to dial in the nutrition starting Monday.

Got a question for you regarding progression on the plugins for GSLP. Going to email you in a bit.

So pretty dialed in for the week. I will be doing steak and eggs 2-3 times a week and fasting the rest of the time.

so it looks like this

Sunday- fast until 6. 8 eggs pre workout with a tspb of grass fed butter. Lift. 12-16oz steak and 4 eggs after workout. plus 50-75g of team skip blend protein.

fast until wednesday until 6 and repeat sunday but add bone broth in first meal.

fast until friday and have 16oz of steak. This is optional day.

Fast until sunday.

Gonna keep this up unil i get to where I need to be. Hopefully only 4 weeks. will start bulking after that.

Yeah going to try... It's what I've got in the freezer and I'm trying to keep the food budget down the rest of the year.

I have some whey isolate, but I'd prefer not to use it as when I do my throat feels a little strange after so I may be slightly allergic to something in there. Plus I'm trying to eliminate all artificial sweeteners.

RFL killed chicken breast for me. I can still eat it, but I have to put some sort of salsa or something.

Added back nuts & seeds today.

I uhhh I don't cook very well. I just nuke it in the oven while playing xbox or something. Never know how long for. Barely season it or anything. Hard to get down.

But the lady made me some chicken breast the other night. It was delicious and moist. It's insane how different it was than I'm used to. Anyway she's coming over tonight to prep my chicken for the week because she feels bad for my poor cooking skills.
