Thanks. Damn 300g of protein.

you can bring it down to 50% protein but thats the min he recommends in the book. He does that due to satity and Diet induced thermogensis. But damn it sucks eating lean protein, beef is so much better.

Yeah it's around ~300g at 50%.

All good looking forward to it.

I have little to no understanding of many of these terms, so I just went with common sense, admittedly.. some of it lacking

In 18 days I have lost 13.2 pounds, and clothing is fitting much better, some even a bit loose..

Lean meats, steamed veggies, very little bread and when I do it is extremely high fiber with whole grain/nutts/seeds. A few fruits.

Lemon-aid with stevia extract and lots of water...

Greyskull method? AIP diet, etc.

I am older than most of you, most likely. Mid 50's, have lived a life much younger than I am. Socially active. Have some health issues with back, hips, and ligaments that keeps me from lifting like I once did.

I do treadmill, and isometric stuff occasionally. At this very time, nothing physical until some scans are performed to determine the source of pain.

I haven't been following specific plan at all, just leaning it up with more good protein, good veggies steamed, I love watermelon (although lots of sugar) because it also contains some pain fighting ability. Mangoes, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbages, butter lettuce, carrots, potatoes (Sweet mostly).

Decided to weight today, up to 14.6 pounds lost. What I posted earlier was two days ago.

Binges are down

I saw you mentioned dealing with depression, is this a side effect of that?

Just go prescribed vyvanse today to keep binges away.

how does this help?

I miss you and 7's around to talk about this stuff with.
I know that I'm eating wrong and I know that I'm slacking in the gym, but when I get in a space where everything is going wrong I just cant focus on it long enough to care, and then I feel like shite for not caring. personality flaw I guess. I need to find a new job too, and get out of this environment.

I have to force myself to eat pretty much. Kills appetite completely.

Apparently it's the only drug they prescribe for binge eating disorder.

That definitely makes sense.
I hope it helps! I didn’t know that was a thing, but it sounds super frustrating and I’m sorry you’re dealing with that.

Good. AIP is very restrictive so I'm ready to reintroduce things, but I'm also very interested in finding out what I was eating that was causing issues. My current theory is just caffeine.. I was drinking some caffeinated tea last week and noticed after a few days that I just felt like shite. Once I cut it out again I started feeling better again.

Damn that’s interesting. I just started doing 100mg of caffeine every other hour from 6am to 4pm (Martin Berkhan recommended it in his new book) and I’ve been feeling really good. Granted I’ve been on vyvanse these days as well. I feel like a superhuman.

How much caffeine do you typically have?
