I just finished W1 DB. It’s a solid plan. Legs take a beating.

Strongville was the toughest workouts I’ve done in a long long time. Really made you deserve that Wednesday rest day

Finished up w4 of DB

Gonna run it one more month and then transition back to a barbell program. Overall really enjoyed this. Gonna do a better job of tracking/recording weights this time though

At a hotel gym in Colorado and they had 2 benches and 5-50 dbs. So me and my son ran the 60 min 1000 rep db challenge that PPSA has on his IG side by side. We made it with 5 mins to spare. HELL of a hotel workout

10 RFESS is a killer even body weight. I’m gonna give that one a go one day.

That looks like a good workout. I like the time challenge aspect. May try that one for tomorrow!

1000 reps done in 53 minutes. I overestimated every thing and dropped weight big time each superset.

Those high reps always get me. The first 10 feel like nothing then the last 5 are torture.

I used 30s on the RFESS which was a killer for a first exercise. Did 50s for goblets, and shrugs. I think 40s bench/incline press and for the chest supported rows. Can’t remember the rest but I think the only dbs I didn’t use were the 5s and 45s.

Just started Silverback Remastered for my March program. W1D1 was brutal. Squats, bench, and oh press in one day is so tough. Definitely getting Strongville vibes from this one. Can’t wait!

W2D1 DB

After all the supersets that last round of skullcrushers by themselves almost felt like a vacation. Except the last few reps felt like my arms were on fire.

W1D1 of DB down. Round 2 of this. Know I was sore as shite after this the first time but I know my body has adjusted. Still challenging though. Recording the weights I know I’ll push myself to beat previous weeks weights used a lot better

Started Pump city re-run today. I hadn’t used a barbell in a month so I set TMs to 90% this month. Felt easy so I did a bonus heavier set on bench (185x10). Seated OHP felt really heavy today (started 135x10 but had to drop down to 115 for last 2 sets) but otherwise no surprises. Under 60min in and out.
