Onto day 2 of Turnt UP RM this morning...
Completed in just under 80 min including warm-up and farmers walks for cardio...
Absolutely brutal, did extremely light deadlifts b/c I'm still working on my form. By the time I got to arms, I was completely spent.
This routine is definitely insane compared to DB strength. Since school is starting I plan on doing it Tues, Thurs, Sat b/c it takes much longer. I plan on walking on M,W,F.

OK, 29 page thread and I guess I can read through it, however quick questions.
Kids are back in school and trying to get back into a routine. Want to do a little more running since it will get cooler in Texas, so would like to layoff some squats and lower body (don't judge me).
What are some good upper body programs in PPSA to run through the end of the year. I am cool still doing squats and I am sure they will require some deads, just looking for heavy upper body for last 4 months of year.

I don't know all of the programs, but Arm Farm has been my favorite so far. It is a lot of supersets. You deadlift and squat only once per week.

I think I am going to start Pre-game soon (possibly today). I reached out on instagram and Aaron recommended running it in August then a program with squats 2x's per week in September.

Filling the hoodie, any of the bench programs. Still going to be squatting and pulling every third day, at least. Go to his site, each program has a few sentences that explain the program very well

#1 filling out the hoodie only has squat 1x and snatch grip deads 1x. Filling out the hoodie 2 has squats 1x, deadlift 1x, snatch grip deads 1x
#2 arm farm is 1x on squats and deads
21 to party is 2x squats, no deads as is all i want for christmas is a big bench, same with benchaholic.
benchamin franklin is 1 squat, no deads
elbow meat is 2x squats, 2x deads
jacked up joker is 2x squats, RDLs only
pump city only has 1 day you do legs, but its a shite ton

way more curls and bicep work. hell on day 1 of arm farm there are more curls than in a week of elbow meat.
Filling out the hoodie
Squat-1x
Bench-2x
Deads- 1x snatch grip
Press-n seated arnolds only 1x
biceps- 2x per week, triceps-2x per week
hopfully this helps. If i had to choose an order to run for next 6 months strictly for arm size/upper body
elbow meat--> arm farm--> filling out the hoodie 1--> filling out the hoodie 2--> pool season 1--> pool season 2

I’m finishing up Pool Season 2 this Friday and jumping straight into Elbow Meat next Monday. I’m so f’ing ready, my arms could definitely use a boost.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I need to lose fat and lean down some. Currently at 255 and 17.5% BF. Thinking of running arm farm and cutting down rests and adding jump roping in. I'm just not a big fan of super sets at the gym I currently go to - would probably break them into their own sets.

Lol I’ve been lifting since 9th grade and have kept it up for the most part over the years. I’ve always been “big”. I want to lose visceral fat and get more lean. Went on a cruise and got Covid in the past month so my workouts this week haven’t been the best. I would ideally like to get to around 230 with 12%ish BF. My latest Inbody scan was two months ago - need to get another before all the beer flows for football season.

you are way bigger than me so prolly already know this, cutting rest times doesnt really do anything for hypertrophy nor fat loss.
btw how tall are you cause you are currently packing over 200lbs of muscle which is fricking insane.

Definitely not a Greek god with the BF I’m at. Maybe if I got to 10-12% but feel like I have a tire around my waist at the moment lol
