Dr. Jacked Remastered has been my favorite yet. Loved every second of it

Assuming upper body hypertrophy is the goal-
Filling out the hoodie 1
Pool season 1 & 2
Stacked jacked and Turning Heads
Periodic table of thickness
Silverback remastered
The Mullet 1 & 2
In that order based off looks only.

I love pool season 1. Just started week 3 and already notice body changes. Getting an inbody 770 scan on Friday. I’ll post results.

Pool Season 1, Week 1 workout 3 calls for a superset with hammer curls and pushdowns. Is the 20 rep hammer curl 20 on each arm or 20 total?

Finished Grasshopper the week before last, deloaded last week and on to Filling Out the Hoodie part one this week. After the first day I’m about to cut out my triceps. Nice pump.

I'm doing Grasshopper, on week 4, and I feel like some of the individual exercise are easier than they should be... like bench press at 60%,65%,70% maybe at 5-8 reps. Do I just stick with the lighter workload and maybe suffer towards the end of the program? I do find myself extremely tired by the end of the week from the squats and deadlifts. Maybe my max rep is off and I'm lifting less than I should.

Just completed first week of Pool Season one. The low rep movements are different (like Grasshopper). The superset work however is no joke.

If you run a Delgado week every 4th or at max every 8th and use a lower training max of either 80 or 85% then you can even run the 5 day programs for however long you like.
Hey folks,
I’m new here. I joined because you guys talk a lot about the PPSA Training. I recently found PPSA from a Radom post on Reddit. I am trying to learn more about it. I am currently running Benchamin Franklin and enjoying the hell out of it. I really love this style of training.
Anyway, what is a Delgado week?
Thank you

I’m guessing deload autocorrected to Delgado
Also, welcome to the forum. The Squatober thread tends to be a good time if you like PPSA.
