There is a Peloton podcast called The Clip Out. I was listening to part of an episode this morning and they were talking about Denis doing yoga. Said they got many reviews from women saying they have watched. Not..they did the class...but they just watched Denis do yoga

I’m about two weeks in with my peloton and am a lot more addicted than I thought I would be. I never really liked doing spin classes but with 2 young kids it makes it so much easier to get a workout in. Only issue I’m having is it’s tough getting my shoes to I clip from the bike. When I kick my foot out it just feels stuck. Anyone have any tips/tricks?

Alex always looks like he kinda struggles to get his shoes detached from the bike at the end of his rides

Switch to SPD pedals/cleats.
My husband has SPD pedals on all his mountainbikes...he was already used to those so he switched the pedals on our Peloton to SPD. Thankfully...the shoes I have are compatible for both so I was able to easily switch out my cleats. MUCH easier to clip in and out. Cannot stress how much easier it is.
ETA: You seen the latest update on the bike? You can like any of the songs on a ride and it will be saved in a special Peloton playlist for you. You then can send that playlist to Apple music or Spotify.

I have SPD on my old shoes. Guess I could try those. I didn’t think they were compatible.

You have to change the pedals on the bike to spd pedals.
My husband said it was really easy to change the pedals.

Sorry for the bump. Does anyone have a referral code they can send me? Planning on ordering one this week.

Get an Allen wrench and loosen the tension on the pedal before you go changing everything.

Im 2 days in with my Peloton and love it, first time in awhile that I have felt motivated to do something besides for a 2 mile walk.

When it becomes a coat hanger in two months and you want to sell it, let me know.
