Anybody here recommend it?

I've lost around 5-10 pounds since mid January by just changing my diet and was thinking about getting P90x3 to help shed more weight.

Currently 6 foot 218lb. Goal is 200lb

I did the classic P90X eight years ago. Got more in shape and defined than ever in my life. The key is to follow the nutrition plan. I modified the workout stuff somewhat. Would recommend for getting in shape but not if you want to be a musclehead. All I know about P90X3 is it is more hiit training type workouts.

yea any of the p90x series are going to be good. should help you lose the weight you want if you follow your nutrition closely.

Give it a shot. It's pretty fun.

The Isometrix, The Challenge, and other good stuff on there.

There is a reason p90x took over the world ten years ago. shite does work.

Work your arse off for 45-90 minutes a day? You get ripped up.

I only did half of it with the wife. We ate sensibly but did not follow their diet plan. Got in near high school shape. I was 37 at that time.

X3 is only about 30 minutes too.

While technically true, the 30 min X3 workouts do not include a warm-up and only like 2 minutes of cool-down, if I remember correctly. The 60 min original p90x usually included a good 6 to 8nmin of warm-up and another 6 minutes or so of cool-down. It's been a few years since I've done either, so my memory may be failing me. But I do know if you add the p90x 3 warm-up mini-routine before your actual workout, you're closer to 45 min.

Eh, it's not much of a warmup but nearly every video in x3 has a 3-5 minute long warm up at the beginning with arm circles, running in place, the side twist things and sometimes a few sun salutations and stretches. They have the cold start video, which may be what you're thinking of.

I own all 3. THe OG P90x was my favorite. It's a little longer, but I feel like I got stronger rather than just lean. The others felt more cardio centered.

I still use the x3 routines. Btw, if anyone has a spare agility x dvd, I'll buy it. I've configured my own routine after doing the "Mass" program. Love the Incinerator. I sub the original ab ripper X for the Pilates routine. As an older guy, this exercise program is perfect for me.

I ended up just downloading a copy of all the p90x3 routines to keep on my computer so that I could stream them on my roku (from the computer) in my living room. I'd just do something similar if I were you to replace the agility x. I have already purchased their product, so I didn't really feel bad about downloading it

Works great, doing P90X3 right now. I also own 22 minute hard core, and the original P90X (we also do beachbody online now). I lost 25 lbs doing the original.

I'm in week 7 right now of P90X3 and i've lost about 6-8 lbs. You don't get as much of a fat burn, but that's probably because you are only working out for 30 minutes/day as opposed to an hour.

You do still get the burn though. MMX is the biggest calorie burn, IMO. My favorite work out is Incinerator.
