Does anyone have any legit experience with over the counter testosterone boosters actually being helpful?

If you’re stuck in a rut whether from over training or just hit a plateau and your diet is optimal then yes I think you can notice a difference. Mainly in recovery and energy levels.

I've tried 4 or 5 of them and I think they're a crock of shite. If you're really determined to up your T levels, go to a doctor for some clinical grade stuff or do some SARM research imo.

Are we taking about the same thing Frank Thomas is trying to sell me every time I tune to ESPN or TVLand? If it is then no I haven’t and I’d bet my left but its bullshite.

I've taken that a few times too and I agree. I can usually see a difference in my waist line and a little more definition all over.

I took AndroTest once from the Pro Source website and that shite made me feel like all I wanted to do was work out. It's more expensive though.
