I’m ready, went and got my packet a little bit ago. Looks like it will be in 60s for start time so not too bad although 50s would have been great. I plan on running 10 miles before so won’t be pushing it too hard

While out getting my packet I decided to stop by Rush...ended up with an impulse buy

Like I’m standing on a trampoline

Tempted to go for a run even though it’s an off day

I’d be the same way! Are you wearing them tomorrow?

No since it’s a long run I won’t

I’ll give them a try on Tuesday...seems a long ways off!

Please give a review when you run in them.

They have my curiosity with those.

I told my wife I wanted a pair but she talked me out of it. I’ll be wearing last year’s model tomorrow.

What’s the price tag on those 4%’s? How many miles do y’all expect to get out of them?

So I have a problem and am looking for advice. Over the last 3 weeks I have developed a bloody nipple. Just one. I don't notice it while running and the wound doesn't stay open but it is annoying.

Does anyone have advice for what to do about it? Should I use some sort of body glide? Or is there something I should change up with my shirts?

Could definitely use body glide to help

I use circle band aids or a product called NipEaze

$250

Hopefully can get 300 miles. I won’t really use them this fall probably. And then will probably use once a week or so in my next training plan so hopefully time-wise they last a while

Thanks, I'll look into those options. 3-4 mile runs aren't bothering me, but 5+ miles seem to be the toppings point.

There's waterproof tape called absolute waterproof by Nexcare. It's in the bandaid section. Cut to size and put on a bit before the run. Sticks thru sweat.

That’s how I used to be as well. Can last a bit longer now. Also the weather cooling off will help with less sweat weighing the shirt.

Do you run in cotton? If so, cease and desist immediately. Stick with polyester/spandex.

Cotton kills, yo. I stick to poly-cotton blends or 100% synthetics. Haven't tried a tank, and I realize running shirtless could be a temporary fix.

Ah I didn't see the 4%. I got last years little brother the zoomfly and the energy return on those are insane. Cant imagine what the 4% feel like.

@ McVick

Waterproof surgical tape. No shite, it's cheap and it stays put. One strip per nip.

Ok good. In that case, the remedies already mentioned (band aids, nipeaze, bodyglide, vaseline) should do the trick.

I personally favor bodyglide.

So I gave nip advice yesterday then have a much, much worse issue of my own this morning. 10 miles. Very easy due to cool temps. Nips taped and thighs lubed. Still very humid, so I sweat like a mofo, but all chafing points covered.......so I thought. A first for me....penis chafing. I was genuinely scared when the post run shower stinging pointed it out. I have no idea what this first piss is going to be like. I've never gotten this before. No idea what happened. Shorts got sweaty quick, but that's not abnormal for me.
