I think I'm dumb for not doing this earlier.
Well, yeah. And before the sun comes up, it's no shirt and Ranger panties for me.

This makes it all worth it to me to run through the summer. I can honestly say it’s one of the best feelings I’ve ever experienced
I tend to agree with this sentiment.

But now the Summer of COVID has me not caring anymore and I'm leaving the shirts behind.
This is timely. I ran my 6 miles yesterday with no shirt. First time ever. It'll be hard to go back.

Same here. No shirt. It feels too good to run without one and my nipples really thank me for it.

8 x 400 meter sprints
2 min rest between sets
Best time was 1:18, worst was 1:51
Was averaging around 1:35

Just ran 4.5 in that downpour in NOLA. At least it wasn’t hot

Ha, no doubt. I did 6X this am and the range was 01:38 -01:44. I'm way outta shape, lulz.

I've been no shirt for a few weeks now. I won't be going back until October.

Can any of the common running watched be calibrated for indoor running? My Forerunner 235 has been terribly inaccurate. Yesterday, my watch recorded 4.34 miles at 8:04/mi. Treadmill had me at 4.09 at 8:34/mi. Last week it recorded me as having ran 6.23 at 8:12/mi. Treadmill had me at 6.51 at 7:50/mi. I have it on the 'indoor running' setting, and I never stop the motion of the watch. The treadmills I am running on are only a year old and have recently been calibrated.

I'm to the point where I get exciting when I see rain in the forecast. I'll plan to go for my run whenever it looks like it'll start raining lol. Honestly so much better imo

6 mile Thursday run with a good bit of elevation. 500ft with the majority being on a 1.5 mile stretch. Heat was brutal. Took 3 water breaks today. Managed a 9:30 pace. Felt great, just hot out there.

I'm trying to build my gym cred, bro.
That and you can't throw a protein shaker at my gym without hitting a milf in tights.

That’s what happened to me. Stepped outside and saw rain clouds and though “oh perfect, a little summer shower to cool things down”. Dumped like 0.50” of rain in 40 minutes

Run with me tomorrow morning? Don't give me any bullshite about having to work. Those plants basically run themselves. If not, they wouldn't let fricktards like you work there.
