our smith machine didn’t come down low enough due to the little safety things.
Do they have those step stool platform things around that you could use to put your feet on?

There is a girl at the gym who runs something very similar to 'Lets Get Peachy' as I see her doing most of these lifts on a regular basis
I love it when you figure out someone else is doing PPSA by seeing their sets. I saw 2 girls last year doing the same things I was and when I asked them if they were doing Squatober they couldn't believe I'd even heard of it. I told them about our group on here but I guess they havn't joined.

Ok yes they do. I will try this next time. My wife showed me how she does them when I got home

Did my squats using a slant board today. I can’t believe this is how squats are supposed to feel. No discomfort in the hips.
Really had fun today completing W1D2. No knee pain the last two days. Things are looking up!

Am I the only one that's been doing hip thrusters?

She was a hell of a lot more graceful getting setup than I was. I'm not sure how heavy yall are going. I'm going to try increasing my weight next time so I can use the bumper plates for a little more clearance instead of just the normal iron weights.

I did mine on the smith machine today. Put 45s on each side and focused on form. Really felt it in the cheeks. That exercise is almost all arse. My butt was a few inches from hitting the ground but it felt like I got a good range of motion.
I really like this program so far. I'm getting really good workouts exertion wise.

Took us a couple sets but we got them down I think. I have some 10lb technique bumpers we used to get the positioning and setup correct. It seems like once you get going, the trick is to squeeze dem glutes at the top as hard as you can for a second or two and hold it all the way down slowly.
I have to go get a pad or a pool noodle or something tho to go heavy; the bar was digging in pretty uncomfortably with 135 loaded.
//edit: Also since the final squat set worked out to my Bodyweight, I amrapped it to see how close I could get to the villain challenge (50 squats with Bodyweight on bar without reracking). I only got 25 :(

I used my squat pad and didn't feel the bar at all. I plan on using the bumper plates next week.
Since this plan is lacking on bench, I plan on running some bench focused IG plans on wednesdays. Doing 'They Call me BENCHamin' tomorrow.

I thought about doing some chest work tomorrow but I got a pretty good pump today.

I feel incline db press in my pecs so much more than flat bench. Topped out with 75s today and am still a bit pumped up now ;)

W1D3 done. It’s been a while since the last time I’ve done sumo DL, but they felt good. For split squats, I’ll stand with both heels touching whatever I’m elevating by non-working on (two crash pads) then take three steps heel to toe starting with my working leg. After my working foot is in position then I’ll just reach back and place my non-working foot on top of the crash pads. Stance will vary from person to person, but that is a quick and easy way to get a consistent stance every time. I did the curls, pushdowns and goblet squats as a cluster set to save time. Elevated my heels on a horse stall mat for the goblet squats this morning to change it up. I’ve been finishing in 60-70 mins so far, so going at a pretty good pace and feeling good.

Day 3 done.
Those sumo deadlifts felt great. I felt really strong on those, but maybe because it was 60%

I’m embracing this program fully. Dug out a glute band that was a free add on in some order from bells of steel. Gonna rock that bad boy for barbell and goblet squats; maybe throw some clamshells in :)

Those wide stance goblets really squeeze the cheeks. I'm digging the plan so far. Sumos felt light.
