I was going to do legs today but I bit it on my bike ride last night.
Did a Cat 2 1700 feet climb over 8 miles and then fell when I got off my bike to go into a store for some more water when my foot slipped on gravel and now I can barely move my leg and arm from the road rash - I guess my clumsy butt will be using this week as my rest week

Lat Pulldowns: 75x15, 100x12, 125x4, 150x8, 156x8, 162.5x8
Seated Machine Rows: 206x8, 212.5x8, 218.5x8
Bent Rows: 205x8, 225x8, 225x8
DB Rows: 95x12, 95x14, 95x16
Straight-Arm Pulldowns: 87.5x8, 93.5x8, 100x8

Plates on these machines over here are 12.5lbs each. Adder plates are 6lbs.

No pull-ups again. Still have something going on in the back of my tricep that really gets lit up when I try pull-ups.

Little strength before the wod. Shoulder press: 145X3 165X3 185X3

WOD:

12 minute AMRAP of

50 double unders
20 Wallballs (20lb)

Barely got 6 rounds in, but that was the goal.

Then, partner row. 25 min AMRAP of 10 calories, alternating after each. I had an older lady as my partner so I did 15 cal each round while she did 10. Solid cardio.

I'm not the guy who sits on equipment during sets and in walks this chick with her phone, picks up a set of 20s, and then plants herself down on the bench I was using the entire time of her movements.

When she finally gets up, she leaves her phone on the bench with the 20s next to it.

I was wiped out after that and struggling with energy today in general. Nearly fell asleep about 3 times at work. (my excuse for not doing hiit at the end)

Rolled into GCF for the 6pm class a little late and missed the tempo squat portion.

24 alternating DB snatches 50/25
15 burpees

I was grabbing some stuff out of my bag when the time started and lost 45 secs of time.

4+24 Rx

Should have been into R6.

..and man, my shoulders a lit after both of these workouts today.

Missed two days.

Car was in the Stennis Space Center shop on both days and didn't have transportation to the gym ok site.

Hit a Crossfit workout tonight..

Grace: 30 C&J for time 135/95

Scaled down to 115 because they wanted us to go unbroken as long as possible.

1:28.. Did 20 and then 10

If I have 135 I would have gone 12/10/8.
