So i have recently started to use Zyn. Does anyone else on here use nicotine pouches? I find that they can help me to increase focus and honestly help me with my appetite. Since I have started I am down about 8 pounds.

I know this is a vice but I would think this is about the best one that you could have. Maybe I am completely wrong here but what are some major issues I should be concerned about?

Cocaine will decrease your appetite more and make you much more productive. Shooters shoot.

I use nicotine pouches to keep from smoking. Smoked from about 12 years old to around 42 years old. A few minor successes with quitting here and there, then some occasional social smoking after I’d essentially quit. Haven’t had one cigarette in over two years, and the nicotine pouches have facilitated that. I can’t vouch for weight loss, but I can say that I didn’t gain weight after quitting smoking like a lot of people. That’s probably related to the nicotine intake from the pouches.

I started them about a year ago. I quit dipping about 15 years ago. I think the zyn is more addictive because I can literally do it anywhere and any time without anybody noticing or needing a spit cup. I feel like an idiot for getting hooked on it but damn, I like it. I got a can when I was going hunting for a weekend and was immediately hooked.

One of my hunting buddies is an MD and he does it. He said the answer he gives patients when asked is that there's not enough research on it and he wouldn't recommend it. He said he does it because most of the problems with smoking/dipping/etc are from the tobacco, not the nicotine. He also said he strong advises against it if there are any pre existing heart/blood pressure issues. I may have misunderstood what he was telling me because I'm a dumbarse but that was pretty much the gist of it.

Jim Wendler used to dip while training, and he once squatted 1000 pounds in competition.

I do one a day in the afternoons. I don’t see it as a vice.

You don’t need to spit with Zyn?

I love my Velo pouches. I bought two logs of them for super cheap in the duty free shop on the cruise ship last week
