need some help finding a gym in BR area

Looking for something with at least 2 squat and bench racks, basic machines/cables and allows deadlifts.
I know of fletchers and atlas but they're both out of my current price range.

I’ve been with Anytime Fitness for a while.
Mine on Coursey and Highland are owned by Jay and are very nice.
Some other AF’s in the area are nice also. The one downtown is not.

Southdowns has 3 squat racks. The Anytime on Jefferson has two.

YMCA is a decent place. Did Calloways for a bit but wasn't impressed.

2 racks. One also being a deadlifting platform.
