You’re not terribly far out of range but VitD is fat soluble so you can get toxicity from it. If it were me, I’d back down on dosage a little and re test..

TTT, I was just like you. Taking Vit D3 supplements, then saw my lab values in the 120s. Stopped the supplement, retested a few months later, and lab values returned to normal.

What type of oil is y'all's test mixed with? Mine's mixed with Miglylol and sometimes it makes the injection site red/irritated and itchy. I'm doing mine sub q.

Same - I got a slight longer needle and it solved the issue. No more itchy injection sites

Total test was 274. Seems pretty damn low. I've heard I should take another test after a few weeks of good clean diet and exercise and then try the test in the morning. If its not much higher after that, I've got to look into something.

I am 41 and went to a pcp for the first time in probably 30 years last month to start to get my shite together. Told them the same stereotypical symptoms and they drew blood. Total test came back at 280 and they told me that's within range so they won't do anything. I asked for a referral to an endo to get another opinion and they said sure, but its a system wide standard, they will tell me the same thing.

No shite I'd have to drive 50 miles to find a doctor not apart of the medical system that has a monopoly up here.

If you can shell out a couple hundred dollars a month, just go through an online doc rather than dealing with the PCPs that just follow a broken arse "standard"

Your pcp is a fricking retard. Yes, go to an endo and run far far away from that PCP.

I swear, the more I read and hear about PCP's, the more I believe they have zero clue about TRT. They don't know what blood tests to order, deciphering the results, or even the proper administration of the injections. Just turble.

Yeah, the problem is I'd have to drive 50 miles to find an endo not in the local medical system.

It's ridiculous.

We've spent generations looking down on men for asking for help that doctor's don't know what to do when someone finally does, so they just go off of a script.

The only other option is going to a mail service like Hims whose only concern about me is selling a product.

Pretty much same situation for me. I'm 43 and mine was very low, but "in range" when checked about a year ago and my PCP had no interest in treating. Decided to check out the Rejuvime clinic and get evaluated. Got my initial labs done in March and my total T was 253. 3 month labs done a couple weeks ago and I'm at 865. Only bad thing is my hematocrit is a little high and I'm gonna have to donate blood pretty soon.

You boys are getting your free and bioavailable test run also, correct? I pay little attention to total test. Total test doesn't make a rat's arse if your free and bioavailable is low.

Need a little input, fellas.

Testosterone 330
Free Test 68

Doctor is recommending TRT because I have symptoms (low drive/energy, hair loss on legs/face), even though I'm still in the "normal" range - but they're on the very low end of normal.

On one hand, feeling better and having more energy makes me want to go through with it. On the other hand, I don't like some of the side effects like blood clots and prostate issues.

I'm late 30s so it sucks that I'm having to deal with this already and my levels are going to continue to go down.

For those of you that are on this (I haven't read through each page on this thread), how have the side effects been?

I'm mid 30s and chose to get on it moreso than needing to get on it. No side effects thus far (except itchy rash at injection site however no longer an issue) but only 6 months into it

Im 43 and have been on it since March. I havent noticed any negative side effects at all. So far, my experience has been nothing but positive. Back in the gym regularly and my libido is back. Ive lifted more weights and had more sex in the last few months than I had in the last 3 years.

I also have an unhealthy fear of needles so getting stuck twice a week sucks, but the trade off is worth it.

Enclomephine

That’s also the answer for many in this thread.

You’re welcome

Do you go to a clinic for shots or do you give them yourself?

Also, is it ok to use family physician or do you need to go to a TRT clinic?

My wife give my my shots. She's in the medical field and has no problem with it.

Your physician is fine if they'll treat you. My levels were on the very low side of normal and she had to interest in treating, so I had to go to a clinic.

I keep looking at this. Just nervous about taking medications without a physician prescribing and monitoring. Research Purpose Labs seems to have a good price on a 60 pill bottle of 12.5mg, and reddit seems to like the 12.5mg every other day schedule. That's not a bad price.
