Hello all. I started intermittent fasting two years ago and currently do OMAD monday-friday and don't fast on the weekend. I am 5'9 and have gone from 190 pounds to around 165.
My problem is that some days I look/feel great, but others I look/feel bloated. Really look pudgy during these days instead of lean at 5'9 165 if that makes sense.
Here is my workout routine:
Sunday-Back
Monday-Arms/Cardio
Tuesday-Shoulders/Cardio
Wednesday- Cardio
Thursday-Arms/Cardio
Friday-Chest
For Cardio I use my elliptical. On my OMAD days I typically eat whatever I am feeling like. Appreciate any advise!

All about sodium consumption.
For me, I usually have eaten a lot of salt when I feel like that. A good indicator is when you take your socks off. If you see the imprint of your sock.. sodium!

I too just always do intermittent fasting for the past 5 years.
I don’t think their really is answer. I’ve noticed this as well.
It’s like the only drawback of intermittent fasting in my experience.
But on Sunday morning after carbing up you look thick and full.

My advice is don’t skip leg day and monitor what you eat for dinner and see how you look the next day. Process of elimination and see if you can figure it out.
