Eat real food. You really don't need supplements.

Chicken and Steak.

The only real benefit to supplementing with BCAA's is if you hit the weights before your first meal of the day. If you don't work out till after you eat, then no need

Stick to Eaa's if anything. Get a good quality whey and it should have the bcaa's you need in it.

Ghost, nutrabio, glaxon, axe and sledge, core nutritionals, morphogen are good places online to buy from. They don't amino spike and their labels are open about what's in them.

Amazon has bulk BCAAs 2:1:1 for cheap. If you can stomach the taste, thus is the way to go.

Whole foods are best for protein, but MyProtein and True Nutrition are best if you need to supplement (as almost anyone with a 9 to 5 does).

MyProtein is the cheaper option and True Nutrition is the flat out best quality you can get IMO.

Smoothie King gladiator smooothie. 45G protein, many branch chain amino acids. I usually get one with Wild Blueberries and Almond Butter. They sell the protein in tubs also if you’d like to make them at home.

Bcaa is literally flushing money down the drain

LINK

If you really want an intra drink I suggest eaa plus a carb or peptopro plus a carb.

The ones I suggest are

Recovery of granite supplements

True nutrition peri MD

True nutrition/MPA muscle intrusion

True nutrition Competitive post workout formula

If you want a pre, I suggest pre lab from True nutrition or the pre from granite supplements.

As you can tell I really like granite, TN, and MPA. They are open about formulas and their owners have been extremely honest and helpful in the industry.

For protein, I like my protein, true nutrition, ON. Personal favorite is the team skip formula from TN.

BCAAs are only good for something tasty to drink during your workouts.

If that lol. They don't taste that good imo.

EAA or peptopro and a fast carb if anything.
