Myhy electrolyte drink

Does anyone out there use Myhy? Myhy was developed by Matt Flynn. Believe me this stuff works. They developed it by taking swabs of sweat to see what athletes were actually sweating out. Therefore you're not taking in unwanted sugar and colors.

I tried the popsicles. The taste is definitely different from your regular popsicle.

Yeah, we have the popsicle and the drink available at work. One day I was extremely hot and I know my body in regards to the heat. Believe me this stuff works.

Good to know. I go through tons of electrolyte replacements with tennis in summer and can’t stand sweet, sugary drinks when I’m overheated and getting ready to play again. Will give a try.

Kid’s cross country and track teams have been using it for a year now. Works well according to them and the coach. Won state in both.....

Dehydration is very serious. I ended up in the hospital several years ago.
Sweet tea and beer everyday. Not a good combination for electrolytes.
Doctor told me my organs were all shutting down. Took months to fully recover.

If you’re keeping score at home. So far we have this guy pushing his 10K knock off and some guys pushing their local tailgate set up service.
