Can someone explain how med spas can offer these meds (semaglutide/tirzepatide) for $250-$400 a month where it is costing people thousands when prescribed from their Dr?

I thought about trying it as well. I'm type II, but my A1C is down to 5.6. My Dr talked me into trying a low dose of adipex (15mg) to see if that helped jump start my weight loss. I'm 3 weeks in and down 15lbs. I don't snack anymore at all. Basically eating protein and veggies with occasional piece of fruit.

Now is time to actually meal plan and start focusing on strength training. About to get more hormone testing done. Had total t tested and was about 370. I need to get my free tested as well.

I'm sure some would rather die thin and active, than sedentary and die on a couch or climbing the step on the front porch, or a slow diabetes death.

I'm not disputing the efficacy of this drug in curbing or Eliminating the physical desires to drink but if you are the kind of drunk I am/was this wouldn't have cured much I do not think. But I bet it could help some folks
