I often look for this too. I am more interested in the number of calories and proteins, for some reason, it is always not enough protein. I usually take chocolate protein shakes.

What is your goal? Meal replacements vary significantly and may not be the answer for your goal. Are you trying to save time? increase calories? too busy for meal prepping?

I use premier protien (vanilla). Heavy cream and peanut butter.

The Redcon1 MRE is some of the best tasting stuff I've had. It's not whey, but it's fantastic. If you want a true meal replacement look at the MRE and not the MRE Lite. Banana Nut Bread FTW.

True Nutrition offers the most variety from paleo to vegan and everything in between. I've been using their vegan meal replacement for years.

Whey. But it should not be abused. Whey alone is not recommended because it is only protein, you have to add oats, fruits or almonds.
It is always better to favor the consumption of whole and solid foods.

Redcon1 MRE

Holy shite, 75 grams of carbs. That's like an entire day's worth of carbs for me.

If you are counting carbs then this isn't for you.

I been using Huel for lunch and breakfast a few weeks. My farts are awful, but the coffee flavor is great. I really enjoy it.

I looked at Huel and Ka Chava, but both were extremely expensive compared to the meal replacements that True Nutrition offered. Not saying that they weren’t better, but taste wise I couldn’t really tell a difference.
