I often look for this too. I am more interested in the number of calories and proteins, for some reason, it is always not enough protein. I usually take chocolate protein shakes.

You need to reduce the amount of stress, also watch your emotions before going to bed. It could be caused by caffeine during the day, or you ate a lot before going to bed. Lack of activity during the day could also be the cause.
This system may not work for you. The body needs enough protein, fats, and carbohydrates. Instead of simple carbohydrates, you need complex carbohydrates, which give you more energy. How are you feeling now?
You can also do exercises with a small weight. Also bicycling, cardio exercises if your goal is to lose weight. And if you want to gain weight, it's better to consult a trainer.

My biggest worry is that someone will ban documentaries and biography books because you can learn a lot from them that many people don't want to talk about.
