Pretty dang impressive. I'd like to know his height/weight because at 160 I could knock out sets of 10, now at 200 I struggle to do 3

Dude is probably a rock climber or gymnast in his spare time, he was quite graceful on some of those spins and stuff.

When I was in the TACP pipeline before I got hurt the most I ever did was 21 during a PT test.

I was like 165 then, now at 180 I can knock out like 14

He’s strong no doubt but he’s probably the typical 5’6” max 140lbs soaking wet Marine you see doing this.
