Anyone on here take a magnesium supplement? Bought some magnesium citrate and noticing a nice energy boost. Maybe I was deficient. Careful with taking too much, it can lead to some fun bowel movements. 200mg has me feeling great. Could be placebo, but this is pretty noticeable.

I get Bluestar Pharma’s Status.

Contains Magnesium, Zinc, Ashwagandha and Longjack in it.

Wait until they run a 51% off sale and get a few months worth.

Ive tried many versions but have settled on this.

I take it to sleep and a general anti anxiety salve. I take 600mg at night.

I take a ZMA supplement, because most of us are also deficient in zinc.

Mg was prescribed for leg cramps several years ago. It seems to have worked; almost no cramps since, vs. often before.

I just started it yesterday. Taking 250 in the morning. I haven’t noticed any difference yet, but I have been getting over a cold.
